Short version: we use it to answer you, process your application, or make you an offer — and we don't sell it, ever.
What we collect
When you contact us, join the waitlist, submit a pre-screen, or request a cash offer, we collect what you type into the form: your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your housing needs or your property. If you move forward with a full rental application, that screening is handled through our application provider and includes the credit and background check you consent to there.
How we use it
- To respond to your message, call, or text.
- To notify you about rental openings that match your waitlist preferences.
- To review your pre-screen and rental application.
- To prepare a cash offer if you're selling.
That's it. We don't use your information for advertising, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.
Who sees it
Our family team — Mark, Melissa, and Olivia — plus the service providers that make this site work: our form processor (which emails submissions to us) and our application screening provider. Everyone else only sees what you choose to make public, like a Google or Facebook review you write yourself.
Payments
Rent payments go directly through Venmo, Cash App, or Citizens Bank. We never see or store your bank account or card numbers on this site.
